At GALMA-GLOBAL, we want to get your new fits to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Processing Times
  • All orders are processed within 5- 10 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days – R100
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days – R150
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over R770.

3. International Shipping
  • We currently ship to Worldwide.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout!
  • Damaged Goods: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at galmaglobal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.

6. P.O. Boxes
Please note that our couriers require a physical address for delivery and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
